About Mikayla...
Mikayla Turley is a doctoral intern in the Clinical Psychology PsyD program at Northern Arizona University. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and transitional-age young adults, while also providing services to adults with trauma.
Kayla has received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as is Internal Family Systems (IFS) and sand tray informed. Regarding psychological assessment, she has particular interest in neurodevelopmental evaluations for children and adolescents, including assessments for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, and other developmental concerns.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her family. She is coming from Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona and is excited to explore central California.
