Linda serves as our intake coordinator and is often the first contact for patients. Linda's job duties are many. However, her priorities are to gather initial information about inquiries for services. She obtains information from those calling for services, including current reasons for seeking services, demographic data and insurance information. She works diligently to ensure that all possible patients who call with any questions are attended with the utmost care and redirected to the appropriate clinicians.  She is also responsible for billing insurance companies, generating statements for patients, and coordinating information among doctors, patients and third-party payers.
